At the server level, we install various custom software packages which detect processes that have failed or hung and attempt to restart them. In case a service does not restart, it begins checking for various common problems, fixes any found problems, and restarts the service. In case it cannot restart the services or fix the issue, our support staff is notified so they can personally begin working on correcting the issue. Hardware health is also tested and our staff is notified of any problems, such as a failed disk in a RAID array or a bus failure, before system health can be seriously impacted.

At the software level, our proactive monitoring services provide a variety of performance metrics. These include server load calculation, CPU usage analytics, disk I/O and memory usage history, database performance metrics, and much more than what normal monitoring systems offer. All of these calculations and observations are developed in the form of interactive graphs, which are constantly provided for your informational and capacity-planning tasks, and can be used by our staff in diagnosis phases. All of this ensures that services and applications running on your platform keep their smooth progression along with your business.
